01Who we are

Nexus Star Enterprises LLC ("Nexus Star," "we," "us," or "our") is an independent business offering digital subscription assistance, custom website development, vehicle history report assistance, and free online file utilities.

02Third-party brands

Nexus Star is not sponsored, endorsed, affiliated with, or officially partnered with Netflix, YouTube, Apple Music, F1 TV, Spotify, CARFAX, or any other third-party brand referenced on this site. All trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used solely to describe the services we offer access to.

03Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use paid Services. Subscription and report services may require you to provide accurate information for order fulfillment.

04Free tools

The file conversion, compression, and generator tools on this site are provided "as is" for general convenience. Most tools process files locally in your browser and never transmit your files to us. A small number of tools (clearly marked) send your file to our processing infrastructure solely to perform the requested conversion, and the file is deleted immediately after the result is returned to you. We do not review, retain, or claim ownership of files you process through these tools.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, mirror, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract the content, source code, or structure of this website using bots, automated scripts, or AI training crawlers without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures protecting our tools or infrastructure.
• Upload files you do not have the legal right to process, or files containing malicious code.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate Nexus Star Enterprises LLC.

06Payments and orders

Pricing for subscription assistance, custom website projects, subdomain hosting, API access, and vehicle history report assistance is confirmed before purchase or by email quote. Availability of any third-party service is not guaranteed and may change based on the provider's own terms.

06aThird-party subscription assistance & customer ToS compliance

When you purchase subscription assistance or account management concierge services for third-party digital platforms (including but not limited to Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, and F1 TV), you expressly agree and covenant as follows:

• Scope of Service: Nexus Star Enterprises LLC acts exclusively as an independent technical setup, consultation, and billing concierge. Nexus Star does not sell software licenses, proprietary media streams, or unauthorized account access. All fees collected represent payment for technical setup and ongoing account maintenance services rendered by Nexus Star.
• Customer Responsibility for Provider Terms: You as the customer remain solely responsible for reviewing, understanding, and complying with all official Terms of Service, End User License Agreements (EULAs), and Community Guidelines established by the applicable third-party platform (such as Netflix Inc., Google LLC, Apple Inc., Spotify AB, or Formula One Digital Media Ltd.).
• Unilateral Provider Actions & No Guarantee: Third-party streaming companies periodically modify regional rules, device restrictions, concurrent streaming allowances, or account structures. Nexus Star Enterprises LLC has no control over third-party providers and cannot guarantee perpetual or uninterrupted service.
• Strict No-Refund Policy for Provider Actions: If a third-party streaming platform suspends, restricts, or terminates access in connection with their corporate policies or regional enforcement, you acknowledge that Nexus Star Enterprises LLC has already fulfilled the concierge configuration work and is not liable for refunds, chargebacks, or consequential damages.
• Payment via Stripe: Card payments are processed through Stripe under 256-bit encryption. By completing checkout, you authorize recurring charges where applicable until cancelled through the customer billing portal.

07Custom website projects

Custom website engagements, including any subdomain offered under v3xyservices.com or use of a customer-owned domain, are scoped individually by email. Domain registration costs for customer-owned domains are the customer's responsibility.

08Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus Star Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including any loss of data processed through our free tools.

10Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
